Ghost-X is operated by Ghost X LLC, an Oregon limited liability company.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ghost-X, including its website, features, and any supervised child profiles created within your account. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create a Ghost-X account or use Ghost-X. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Ghost-X account. Ghost-X is designed for parents and guardians to create supervised profiles for children within their own account — children do not register independently.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone using a supervised profile you created.
When you create a supervised profile for a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the authority to consent on their behalf. You are responsible for setting the appropriate age tier for each profile and for reviewing content flagged for your approval, such as comments that exceed a profile's default posting limits.
You agree not to use Ghost-X to:
You retain ownership of the comments, photos, videos, and other content you post on Ghost-X, including on InstaTak. By posting content, you grant Ghost-X a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it, including obtaining consent from any other identifiable person shown in a photo or video you upload.
Ghost-X reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Comments on InstaTak are subject to length limits that vary by the age tier of the profile posting them. Comments exceeding certain limits for supervised profiles may be held for parental approval before becoming visible. These limits exist to support the safety of younger users and may be adjusted by Ghost-X at any time.
Ghost-X includes Ghost Super I, an assistant that responds to questions about the platform and general topics, and offers resume and career-document feedback. Responses shown to supervised profiles are limited in scope for their age tier. Ghost Super I is powered by a third-party AI service provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ghost Super I's responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Resume and career feedback is offered as general guidance only; Ghost-X does not guarantee any interview, job offer, or other outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use anything Ghost Super I provides.
In addition to the Acceptable Use rules in Section 3, you agree not to:
Ghost Super I use is subject to daily message limits, which differ between free and Premium accounts. Ghost-X may adjust these limits, or temporarily limit or suspend access to Ghost Super I, at any time, including to prevent misuse or manage service costs.
Ghost-X's name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Ghost-X and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission, except as necessary to use the platform as intended.
You may stop using Ghost-X and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly provisions related to the safety of minors or other users.
Ghost-X is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Content posted by users, including on InstaTak, reflects the views of the individuals who posted it, not Ghost-X.
Ghost-X is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost-X and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Ghost-X. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ghost-X is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ghost-X after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
